Cancelling or transferring your booking
Car Parking
If you've chosen the car parking campaign benefit, there will be no cancellation charge for the parking services, and your car parking booking will automatically be cancelled along with your cruise booking.
If you have booked your car parking directly with Cruise and Passenger Services and paid them directly, their terms and conditions apply in this scenario. Please contact them via their website or call CPS on 0345 071 3939.
Should you transfer your cruise to an alternative sailing then you will need to rebook your parking with Cruise and Passenger Services whether you are booking independently with them or if your new cruise has the car parking campaign benefit offer applied to it.
Please note, the car parking benefit on your current cruise, this may not be available on the cruise you are transferring to as the promotion is subject to availability.
Coach Transfers
If you've chosen the coach transfer campaign benefit, there will be no cancellation charge for the coach transfer, and your coach transfer will automatically be cancelled along with your cruise booking.
If you have booked your coach transfer directly with Intercruises (the operator) s and paid them directly, their terms and conditions apply in this scenario. Please contact them via on 01312 974 391
Should you transfer your cruise to an alternative sailing then you will need to rebook your coach transfer with cruise connect whether you are booking independently with them or if your new cruise has the coach transfer campaign benefit offer applied to it.
