Check out some of these happening brewpubs where the beer selections are ample and the food is divine.
Sydney, Australia
Where to Go: You'll find great beer options in Sydney (the ultimate stop on a world cruise vacation). A locale of historical significance, the Lord Nelson Brewery Hotel claims to be the oldest licensed hotel in Sydney and houses Australia's oldest pub brewery. All of Lord Nelson's beers (mostly hearty ales) are house-brewed, and their indulgent menu cannot be missed. Try the Old Admiral, a strong, full-bodied malt ale beer served in a stein — the perfect complement to one of the gastropub's flavorful entrees.
Location: 19 Kent Street, The Rocks, Sydney, Australia
Athens, Greece
Where to Go: Athens isn't known for its lush beer gardens, but Beer Time, a relatively new pub, puts out a great selection of Greek, German, and Belgian craft beers, as well as a variety of fun pub food with an international flair. The owners are especially nice, bringing customer service experience to a whole new level.

Istanbul, Turkey
Where to Go: Founded in 2001, Turkey's first brewpub, Taps, was one of the first in Turkey to produce a craft beer. In addition to the 20+ beers on the menu, Istanbul's Taps offers a stellar view of the Bosphorus.
Location: Cevdet Pasa Caddesi No. 119, Istanbul, Turkey
Venice, Italy
Where to Go: When you think of Italy, wine is usually what first comes to mind. But hidden in pockets along Venice are a few brewpubs for those beer aficionados with more discerning tastes. Birrificio Artigianale Veneziano is for true beer lovers. Try the bitter — a 3.6 percent ABV English ale — with a side of crusty-style Italian bread. In no time, you'll be asking for a second round of both.
Location: Via Cavino 24 Maerne di Martellago 30030 Venice, Italy
Barcelona, Spain
Where to Go: There's a lot to love about BierCaB in Barcelona — including its bottle list, sure to leave every beer lover wishing for days to spend pairing drinks with the restaurant's scrumptious food. Try a few tapas (especially the wagyu beef with hop chimichurri) with a few different beer pairings (like the Trappist ale).
Location: Muntaner 55, Barcelona, Spain 08011
London, England
Where to Go: To say that Londoners are in love with beer is an understatement. Craft beers, however, with their heavy, hoppy flavors are relatively new to the scene. No one in London understands the craft beer world better than Cask. With over 400 bottle varieties in stock, you're sure to discover one or two new unknown beers you'll want to keep seeking out in the future.
