Travel to world-famous Butchart Gardens, a National Historic Site of Canada and explore the magnificent 55 acres of fragrant blossoms, lush foliage, walking paths and waterways on a self-guided, 1-hour tour. Highlights include the Italian, Japanese, Rose and Sunken gardens, linked by spacious lawns, streams and lily ponds. A ride on the historic Rose Carousel (fare not included) brings out the kid in you before you tuck into a traditional afternoon tea featuring fresh, locally grown food. Warm delicacies, savory tea sandwiches and homemade sweets accompany traditional English teas. On completion of your refreshment, walk back through the gardens to your waiting motorcoach for a scenic drive back to port.
