Rising 2,100 feet above St. Thomas, the observation deck affords picture-perfect vistas of the Caribbean Sea, Magens Bay, St. John and the British Virgin Islands. Next, you'll continue on to the gardens of Villa Botanica, a lush tropical rain forest located 1,500 feet overlooking Charlotte Amalie. Situated on five-and-a-half-acres atop Crown Mountain, the the former 18th century sugar plantation, Crown & Hawk. It features thousands of tropical plants, an orchid garden, a spice and herb garden, and more, learn about the plantation's history, as well as local Caribbean flora, and culinary dishes. Before you return to the ship, you'll be treated to a tasting of rum and bush tea (local beverage of the Virgin Islands).
