Designed for those who wish to see the sights with little or no walking, this comprehensive guided tour visits the Dutch and French sides of the island. Board your air-conditioned transportation and proceed through the Dutch capital of Philipsburg, a bustling town with historical buildings, lovely street activity and an abundance of shops and cafés. Along the way to Marigot on the French side of the island, you'll pass the Great Salt Pond followed by a photo stop at Cole Bay Hill. The tour proceeds through Cole Bay Village passing the unassuming border monument, and continue into the French capital of Marigot. Here, you can browse the outdoor food market, inviting sidewalk cafés and an array of duty-free shops. Note the quaint and colorful Colonial-Creole architecture as you travel through the seaside towns of Grand Case and the French Quarter. Finally, you'll return to the ship in Dutch St. Maarten.
