This is a truly fun and informative way to see the sights, starting when you meet your local guide dockside and take your seat aboard an open-air trolley. Discover the city's cultural history and architectural delights while accompanied by early Spanish music. From your seat, have your camera ready as you travel past the most popular areas along Cabrillo Blvd, picturesque Chase Palm Park, Andree Clark Bird Refuge (home to 200 species of birds), and Montecito's shopping/dining area on Coast Village Road. During the tour, you'll learn how Santa Barbara retained its connection with its past; when a 1925 earthquake leveled the town, civic leaders rebuilt the Presidio, De la Guerra Plaza, Natural History Museum, and Court House in the Spanish colonial style. After pausing for photos at the Old Mission Santa Barbara you'll enjoy a special skip-the-line access at the History Museum for a guided tour.
