Known as boat-to-table, Pacific Northwest cuisine highlights the abundant use of seafood. There's plenty of fish in these waters and many of them find themselves in local dishes. So get a taste of Prince Rupert's culinary culture with a visit to the Waterfront Restaurant tucked inside the Crest Hotel. Situated high on a promontory overlooking the Prince Rupert Harbor with breathtaking views of the mountains and soaring eagles, the restaurant is known for its North Coast cuisine. Envisioned by Executive Chef Willy Beaudry and the international culinary team, the sampling menu features a variety of fresh and delectable seafood. Nibble your way through small but nourishing bites such as Prince Rupert seafood chowder, Arctic surf clams and more, all accompanied by beer or award-winning wine and ending with a delicious dessert. Once you've completed your epicurean journey, you'll walk back to the pier.

Special Notes:

Participants will return to the pier along paved sidewalk approximately 800 feet with a mild-to-moderate downhill decline from the Crest Hotel. Minimum age is 19 years with photo ID to consume alcohol.
