Get to know this exciting city on a narrated tour that brings you to many of Helsinki's highlights. Departing your ship, you'll board your motorcoach as your begin your narrated tour, traveling along the shoreline for views of Suomenlinna Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and past the Esplanade, Helsinki's famous design street. You'll see Senate Square, the center for arts, culture, religion, politics and education. Famed architect Carl Ludvig Engel designed its four main buildings in the early 19th Century. Then, it's off to see the popular Temppeliaukio Church, also known as the Church in the Rock, built inside of a massive block of natural granite. From here, you'll stop for photos at the unique Sibelius Monument, dedicated to famed Finnish composer Jean Sibelius.
