The Kantishna Fly-In Day Trip offers visitors the exclusive opportunity to spend a day in in the historic gold mining district of Kantishna, deep in Denali National Park. The tour includes a once-in-a-lifetime 70-minute (round trip) flightseeing tour in a Cessna 206 single-engine aircraft as you travel the 90 miles to Kantishna. Upon landing, your guide will greet you to take you to the Kantishna Roadhouse, where you will spend the next several hours sightseeing and participating in activities of your choice, including hiking, gold panning, wandering around the Roadhouse property, or simply relaxing on the gorgeous deck to soak in the views. A delicious lunch at the Roadhouse is included! Weather permitting, you will visit Wonder Lake before meeting your pilot at the Kantishna airstrip for your return flight to the eastern edge of Denali National Park.
