Explore the historic and legendary site of the famed Giant's Causeway on this approximately five-hour adventure. After a scenic drive, you'll find yourself at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Giant's Causeway. A state-of-the-art Visitor Center offers differing explanations of how the causeway's 40,000 basalt stones were formed. After that stop, it's time to walk the Giant's Causeway, a journey back in time through genuine history and romantic legend. This unique rock formation has stood as a natural rampart against the unbridled ferocity of Atlantic storms for millions of years, and the rugged symmetry of the columns never fails to intrigue and inspire. Rejoin the motorcoach for the return drive. If time permits, you'll pause to snap some photos at Dunluce Castle and the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge. Conclude with a brief drive along the stunning Antrim Coast before turning inland at Ballycastle toward Belfast and port.
