Thrill to a tubing expedition down a jungle river on this half-day excursion. Float on a meandering current as it takes you under limestone arches through centuries old caverns and down small rapids on an enchanting ride in Mother Nature's playground.
At Jaguar Jungle, you'll be fitted with your gear and given a safety briefing before hiking down to the clear waters of the Caves Branch River. Float below mysterious limestone archways into the mouth of centuries old caves that hold untold stories of Maya rituals. Explore the many awe-inspiring formations that adorn these caves and learn about the flora and fauna that surrounds them. Back at the camp, change to dry clothes or shop for souvenirs. Snacks and drinks are available at Bushcamp Café. Relax on your ride back to the pier, reflecting on the marvelous expedition you've just completed.
Special Notes:
The minimum age required to participate is 8 years old and the minimal height is 48 inches. Expectant mothers are restricted from participation. Not recommended for passengers suffering from claustrophobia, have neck or back problems. This active excursion is suitable only for passengers in good physical condition there is a 35 minute hike to the tubing starting point. Once participants join their tour, they will be required to complete a liability waiver. Passengers must be able to swim and the supplied safety vest must be worn at all times during the tubing. Participants should wear a swimsuit, T-shirt, shorts, tennis shoes (which will get wet) or water shoes. A change of clothes is recommended and changing rooms are available for use after the tubing. Water shoes and lockers are available for $12 each. Personal belongings cannot be left on the bus or unattended at the location. Location has a cash bar, gift shop, restrooms and changing rooms. Bring money for snacks and rentals, a towel, change of clothes and adequate sun protection. Insect repellent is recommended. The photo service at some venues is not affiliated with or provided by the cruise line or tour operator. Any photos purchased from this service will be the passengers' responsibility.Child Price:
